Along with our partners, Grosvenor Hill, we plan to submit planning for an 18 unit supported living scheme to deliver much needed services for the local council. Costa de Caparica - Portugal.

Set just a stone’s throw from the Caparica coastline near Lisbon, we partnered with a local developer to deliver a housing site. Purchased as an active warehouse site, planning was submitted for 14 houses. The application is expected to be granted Q2 2024 and following this, it is anticipated to submit for a further 4 houses on the site.
