OUR PORTFOLIO

Our developments cover residential schemes, vibrant places to gather, and inspiring spaces to learn. Each project is unique, but share the same ambition - to shape environments that contribute to the life of the city and the people within it.

  • The site began life as an overgrown and unused garden, hidden away and offering little value in its existing state. Planning proved to be a challenge, with early proposals in a classic style rejected. Instead, we pursued a bold, modern design - a lateral home that showcased how powerfully the space could be transformed.

  • Our vision was to create a free-flowing, airy home filled with natural light. The design balanced elegance with practicality, carefully combining textures and features that felt both refined and liveable. A standout element was the curved staircase, which presented unique technical challenges but became a defining feature of the build.

  • The result is a 3,126 sq ft five-bedroom home spread over three floors. Distinctive in character and unmatched in the local area, it offers generous space, modern detailing, and a seamless sense of flow throughout. Now complete, the property is on the market and ready for its first owners.

  • The site was an overgrown plot of land beside the park, offering a unique location but needing careful thought to make the most of the space. The challenge was to create something open and spacious without feeling cramped, and the potential of the site made it an opportunity we couldn’t pass up.

  • Our goal was to deliver a modern development with well-lit, airy units that felt contemporary and inviting. The design focused on balancing style and practicality, ensuring each apartment maximised space, light, and flow. The process ran smoothly, with the design coming together naturally to suit the location and community.

  • The completed scheme comprises 24 units with one, two and three-bedroom apartments, seamlessly connected to transport links and the vibrant high street nearby. The development offers residents a modern, well-considered home in a highly desirable location. To date, 21 units have sold, with three still available.

  • The site was a former NHS building in Dunstable, long run-down and in need of significant attention. The challenge was to reuse the existing shell while completely refitting the interior with a new layout and modern systems. The opportunity to create a health and supported living space for people in need made the project especially meaningful.

  • Our vision is to provide residents with supported living units that offer independence while meeting their needs. The team has focused on careful planning and solving construction challenges, designing spaces that feel clean, fresh, and functional. Each unit is tailored to support residents’ lifestyles, with thoughtful communal and staff facilities included in the design.

  • The project, which is currently underway, will deliver 18 self contained one-bedroom units alongside large communal areas, staff offices, a security office, and staff sleeping and shower facilities. Once complete, it will provide vital support for the community and improve access to safe, independent living. The development is scheduled for completion in November.

costa de caparica

  • The site was previously used for storage and workshops, offering little value in its existing state. As part of the planning process, we contributed a portion of the land to the municipality, but the location presented the perfect opportunity for a boutique development of mews houses.

  • Our vision was to create modern, stylish homes close to the beach. The design and planning process focused on making each house contemporary, practical, and in harmony with the surroundings. The proximity to the beach allowed us to craft homes that feel both trendy and desirable.

  • The development comprises 14 three-bedroom mews houses, transforming previously underutilised land into a unique residential space. Each home offers a modern lifestyle in a prime location, and the scheme is now fully approved and in the process of being sold.

rosebury avenue

  • Rosebery Avenue is a historic building, originally a banking hall built in 1894, with residential accommodation above. The ground and lower ground floors offered an opportunity to create a distinctive commercial space within a landmark property.

  • The space was carefully developed to accommodate an upmarket restaurant while complementing the loft-style apartments above. The design retained the character of the original building while creating a functional, inviting environment for diners.

  • The premises now host Morchella, a Mediterranean restaurant, providing a vibrant culinary destination and adding life to the building while maintaining its heritage character.

canterbury road

nw6

  • Canterbury House is a development comprising 23 apartments with a lower ground floor previously designated for commercial use. The space offered the opportunity to create a versatile commercial unit that could complement the residential scheme.

  • The lower ground floor was carefully fit out to provide a high-quality, ready-to-let commercial space. Every detail was designed to suit a range of potential tenants while maintaining the standard and aesthetic of the wider development.

  • The commercial unit is now successfully let to a gym operator, Nxt Phase, providing both ongoing income and a vibrant amenity for the public as well as the building’s residents.

dundonald road

  • The site was previously a garage, presenting a unique opportunity for residential development. Being our first residential project on this type of plot, we could clearly envision an exceptional home that would stand out in the area.

  • Our goal was to create a modern, liveable home with open-plan, free-flowing spaces. The design focused on maximising light and space while ensuring practicality and comfort throughout.

  • The completed home spans 2,300 sq ft with four bedrooms and a striking basement, offering a ‘Tardis-like’ sense of space. The property was sold in 2022 and remains a distinctive addition to the Queen’s Park area.

willesden lane

  • The site was a derelict, overgrown bungalow, tucked away and unused. Access was tricky through a narrow side passage, but its size and potential made it ideal for a new home.

  • Our vision was to create a two-storey, four-bedroom home spanning 2,292 sq ft. The planning process was challenging, but we aimed to design an eco-conscious home that felt like a private retreat, fully immersed in its natural surroundings.

  • The site was sold in 2024 once planning permission was secured. The proposal offered a unique retreat-like home, distinct from anything else in the area, ready for the next owner to bring it to life.

brondesbury park

  • The site comprised land and six derelict garages, offering little value in its current state. Securing planning approval was challenging, but we recognised the potential to create an exceptional home.

  • Our goal was to design a five-bedroom, 2,605 sq ft home that felt fresh, modern, and distinct from neighbouring properties. Planning required careful negotiation with the council, and the standout feature was the ethereal front garden, which maximised the site and added a unique character.

  • Planning permission was achieved, and the site was sold in 2024. The proposal created a one-of-a-kind home in a fantastic location, ready for its new owners to bring it to life.
