The Site

The site was previously used for storage and workshops, offering little value in its existing state. As part of the planning process, we contributed a portion of the land to the municipality, but the location presented the perfect opportunity for a boutique development of mews houses.

The Vision

Our vision was to create modern, stylish homes close to the beach. The design and planning process focused on making each house contemporary, practical, and in harmony with the surroundings. The proximity to the beach allowed us to craft homes that feel both trendy and desirable.

The Product

The development comprises 14 three-bedroom mews houses, transforming previously underutilised land into a unique residential space. Each home offers a modern lifestyle in a prime location.
