rosebury avenue
The Site
Rosebery Avenue is a historic building, originally a banking hall built in 1894, with residential accommodation above. The ground and lower ground floors offered an opportunity to create a distinctive commercial space within a landmark property.
The Vision
The space was carefully developed to accommodate an upmarket restaurant while complementing the loft-style apartments above. The design retained the character of the original building while creating a functional, inviting environment for diners.
The Product
The premises now host Morchella, a Mediterranean restaurant, providing a vibrant culinary destination and adding life to the building while maintaining its heritage character.
