Our Past Developments.

Dundonald Road, NW10.

We acquired land, which was formerly a garage, and transformed it from concept phase through to a fully furnished cosy home. Designed using Victorian architecture, this 2,300 sq ft four-bedroom new build home close to Queen’s Park offers fantastic space for a family.

The Old Police Station, NW11.

We purchased a shell and core commercial space, which was formerly the home of the Golders Green Police Station. From a totally blank concrete canvas, we transformed the space into a warm and cosy office for our dynamic team.

Curtain Road, EC2A.

Inspired by Shoreditch's urban essence, we designed a collection of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments embodying the area's industrial heritage. Meticulously chosen materials, like exposed concrete and high-level cisterns, reflect Shoreditch's past, while handmade bricks add some charm.

Canterbury House, NW6.

This 23-apartment building which seamlessly merges historic and modern design, is located in a former Victorian signal factory. 9 modern apartments sit above the 14 apartments created in the existing building, resulting in a variety of styles of apartments. Whether you’re interested in lateral loft style spaces, apartments with mezzanine level, or modern apartments with large terraces… this building has it all.

Harrow Road, NW10.

This impressive space, comprising of eight-apartments and 4,000 square feet of commercial premises, showcases a design that pays homage to its previous usage, through a traditional warehouse style which features crittal windows.

Loveridge Mews, NW6.

Back in 2015, we bought an office building in West Hampstead. Originally, the plan was to turn it into four apartments, but we saw an opportunity to add another floor, making room for two more apartments. In the end, there was a total of six cozy living spaces. After completing the renovations, we rented out the apartments, integrating them seamlessly into our expanding property portfolio.

Pratt Mews, NW1.

This site features two office spaces, and eight cosy flats with one to three bedrooms. The outside has a modern twist on the classic mews look, with a blend of white and brown bricks, along with cool red zinc roofs. After previously functioning as a workshop for the pioneers of Britain’s film industry, it's now a hidden treasure based in NW1.

East Road, N1.

This is a special place - eight apartments and a luxurious penthouse all rolled into one exclusive building. What makes it stand out? Well, just look at the big windows and sleek modern design. The whole place is top-notch, from the custom-made cabinets by Neatsmith of London, down to the cosy underfloor heating in each zone.

Oakhill Park, NW3.

We came across an oversized one-bedroom apartment in this gorgeous Georgian converted house, based in Hampstead. Through rigorous space planning, we transformed this one-bedroom with one-bathroom apartment into a two-bedroom with two-bathroom apartment, redesigning the interiors to provide a classic, traditional feel.

Gunnersbury Lane, W3.

This location embodies a delightful development featuring nine charming apartments set in the leafy Mill Hill Park conservation area, located in Acton. The project reached its successful completion in September 2019, marking a significant achievement in creating beautiful living spaces across one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

Regent Street, NW10.

Based in the trendy Kensal Rise area, these apartments offer an opportunity for city living without the hustle. Originally a car wash, it was transformed into eight-apartments. Large windows, neutral tones, and quality materials define the elegant interiors complimented perfectly with Villeroy & Boch bathroom fittings.

Kebony House, NW3.

Imagine a stunning home right in the heart of Hampstead, tucked below the ground. The Garden House is a marvel of modern design and technology, skillfully crafted into a hill next to a lovely Georgian townhouse. You won't even notice it thanks to its lush green roof. Inside, it's all about luxury and open space living. We used Kebony cladding, a super eco-friendly wood, to give it that classy finish. In short, The Garden House blends unique design with top-notch quality.

Goldhurst Terrace, NW6.

In late 2013, we acquired Goldhurst Terrace - a worn-out office "house" and a car garage. After the purchase, we swiftly sold the house for an individual's special project and transformed the garage into a luxurious three-bedroom home. The house was successfully sold in the summer of 2015, marking another successful venture for us.

Brickworks, Liverpool.

We partnered with a student operator to deliver 10 HMOs across Liverpool and Lancaster. Existing houses were purchased where we saw the potential to extend and convert to student homes of five - seven bedrooms. The portfolio was packaged and sold to a long term investor.

Bath, BA1.

On this beautiful piece of land in Bath, our goal was to create a small community of eight comfortable homes that fit right into the surrounding natural setting. Working with a partner on this land in Bath, we focussed on making these homes eco-friendly, with features like green walls, solar panels, and charging points for electric cars. Protecting the landscape and environment was paramount, whilst still achieving cosy, modern living spaces. A peaceful place for nature and neighbours to reside
