OUR PORTFOLIO

Our developments cover residential schemes, vibrant places to gather, and inspiring spaces to learn. Each project is unique, but share the same ambition - to shape environments that contribute to the life of the city and the people within it.

  • The site was a derelict, overgrown bungalow, tucked away and unused. Access was tricky through a narrow side passage, but its size and potential made it ideal for a new home.

  • Our vision was to create a two-storey, four-bedroom home spanning 2,292 sq ft. The planning process was challenging, but we aimed to design an eco-conscious home that felt like a private retreat, fully immersed in its natural surroundings.

  • The site was sold in 2024 once planning permission was secured. The proposal offered a unique retreat-like home, distinct from anything else in the area, ready for the next owner to bring it to life.

  • The site comprised land and six derelict garages, offering little value in its current state. Securing planning approval was challenging, but we recognised the potential to create an exceptional home.

  • Our goal was to design a five-bedroom, 2,605 sq ft home that felt fresh, modern, and distinct from neighbouring properties. Planning required careful negotiation with the council, and the standout feature was the ethereal front garden, which maximised the site and added a unique character.

  • Planning permission was achieved, and the site was sold in 2024. The proposal created a one-of-a-kind home in a fantastic location, ready for its new owners to bring it to life.

  • The site was previously a garage, presenting a unique opportunity for residential development. Being our first residential project on this type of plot, we could clearly envision an exceptional home that would stand out in the area.

  • Our goal was to create a modern, livable home with open-plan, free-flowing spaces. The design focused on maximising light and space while ensuring practicality and comfort throughout.

  • The completed home spans 2,300 sq ft with four bedrooms and a striking basement, offering a ‘Tardis-like’ sense of space. The property was sold in 2022 and remains a distinctive addition to the Queen’s Park area.
