The premises now host Morchella, a Mediterranean restaurant, providing a vibrant culinary destination and adding life to the building while maintaining its heritage character.

Canterbury House is a development comprising 23 apartments with a lower ground floor previously designated for commercial use. The space offered the opportunity to create a versatile commercial unit that could complement the residential scheme.
