The Site

The site was an overgrown plot of land beside the park, offering a unique location but needing careful thought to make the most of the space. The challenge was to create something open and spacious without feeling cramped, and the potential of the site made it an opportunity we couldn’t pass up.

The Vision

Our goal was to deliver a modern development with well-lit, airy units that felt contemporary and inviting. The design focused on balancing style and practicality, ensuring each apartment maximised space, light, and flow. The process ran smoothly, with the design coming together naturally to suit the location and community.

The Product

The completed scheme comprises 24 units with one, two and three-bedroom apartments, seamlessly connected to transport links and the vibrant high street nearby. The development offers residents a modern, well-considered home in a highly desirable location. To date, 21 units have sold, with three still available.
