The Site

The site was previously a garage, presenting a unique opportunity for residential development. Being our first residential project on this type of plot, we could clearly envision an exceptional home that would stand out in the area.

The Vision

Our goal was to create a modern, liveable home with open-plan, free-flowing spaces. The design focused on maximising light and space while ensuring practicality and comfort throughout.

The Product

The completed home spans 2,300 sq ft with four bedrooms and a striking basement, offering a ‘Tardis-like’ sense of space. The property was sold in 2022 and remains a distinctive addition to the Queen’s Park area.
